NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FORFEITURE OF DETAINED CASH (FORM G)

SECTION298(1) PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT (POCA) 2002 (AS AMMENDED) MC (DETENTION AND FORFEITURE OF CASH) RULES 2002 R 7 (1)

On 09th September 2025, an application will be made on behalf of the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police to Birmingham Magistrates Court for an order for forfeiture of £6510 cash seized from Sali Imeri ( DOB 04/03/01). The application was granted.

The West Midlands Police Economic Crime Unit believe that the funds (plus interest accrued) or part thereof is:

a) Recoverable property; and or

b) Is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

Any person with an interest in the cash may want to appeal the granted forfeiture. Any such objection should be sent in writing to:

Birmingham Magistrates Court, Victoria Law Courts, 1 Newton St, Birmingham B4 7NA

If no objection is received, the forfeiture of the detained cash will finalised on 09th October 2025 and no further notice will be given.
