THE ELECTRICITY WORKS (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2017

As directed by regulation 23(4) of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) 2017, notice is hereby given that Fred. Olsen Renewables Limited has been granted consent by Scottish Ministers to construct and operate the Crystal Rig Solar extension to Crystal Rig Wind Farm on land approximately 11 km south of Dunbar in East Lothian and 16.5 km north-west of Duns, in the Scottish Borders, (Central Grid Reference Ordnance Survey (OS) 365077, 666844) in the planning authority areas of East Lothian Council and Scottish Borders Council.

Scottish Ministers have also directed, under section 57 (2) of the Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, that planning permission is deemed to be granted. Copies of the decision statement and related documentation can be obtained from https://www.energyconsents.scot.

Copies of the decision statement and related documentation have been sent to East Lothian Council and Scottish Borders Council to be made available for public inspection by being placed on the planning register.
