Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 06/08/2025, I, Mackenzie Stephen Parkhurst, 18 Chestnut Avenue Grays Essex RM16 2UJ, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Mackenzie Gene Parkhurst and assumed the name of Mackenzie Stephen Parkhurst.
