Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Private Markets Credit Strategies S.A. acting in respect of its Compartment Multi Asset Credit 2015 (II) GBP Continuation Vehicle has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 808 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL023841 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group Cayman Management I Limited acting in its capacity as general partner of Partners Group 2024 CV - MAC 2015 (II) GBP, L.P..

Partners Group Private Markets Credit Strategies S.A. acting in respect of its Compartment Multi Asset Credit 2015 (II) GBP Continuation Vehicle has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Partners Group Cayman Management I Limited acting in its capacity as general partner of Partners Group 2024 CV - MAC 2015 (II) GBP, L.P. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
