NOTICE is given that application will be made by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Beverley Magistrates’ Court, Champney Road, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire at 10am on 13 August 2025 for an Order that part of the highway known as Main Street, Elloughton in the East Riding of Yorkshire and shown edged red and hatched red on plan numbered SU-061-001 (“the Plan”) attached to the Order be authorised to be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary. The effect of the said Order is shown on the Plan which may be inspected free of charge at Beverley Customer Service Centre, Champney Road, Beverley HU17 8HE and the Brough Petuaria Centre, Centurion Way, Brough HU15 1AY during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
