THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMIT REGULATIONS) (CONSOLIDATION) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT NO.25) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th June 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Havering did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

a) Revoke the existing operation times of the bus lane on Straight Road from Monday to Friday 7:00am – 10:00am and 4:00pm – 7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm

b) Introduce a new operation time of Monday to Saturday 7:00am – 7:00pm

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on;

i) A1306 New Road, both sides between the boundary of Willow Farm / Pitch & Putt Course and a point 45 metres south of Lennard Arms southern boundary

ii) Wennington Road: North side 40 metres west from A1306 New Road South side 12 metres west from A1306 New Road

iii) Willow Farm access road, both sides 20 metres east from A1306 New Road

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on the 16th June 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be obtained by emailing schemes@havering.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
