1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) Introduce ‘No waiting at any time’ restrictions in the following lengths of road;

(i) Birch Road, Feltham, both sides, from the junction with Fir Road south-eastwards for a distance of 7.5 metres;

(ii) Birch Road, Feltham, the north-east and north-west sides, outside No. 15a Birch Road;

(iii) Birch Road, Feltham, south-east side, opposite Nos. 15a-27, Birch Road;

(iv) Boston Manor Road, Brentford, north-east side, from a point 26 metres south-east of the south-eastern building line of Block H Paragon Site, Boston Manor Road to a point 22.5 metres south-east of the north-western building line of No. 85 Boston Manor Road;

(v) Boston Manor Road, Brentford, north-east side, from a point 5.5 metres south-east of the north-western flank wall of No. 131 Boston Manor Road to a point 3 metres north-west of the party wall of Nos. 153 & 155 Boston Manor Road;

(vi) Boston Manor Road, Brentford, south-west side, from a point 3 metres north-west of the party wall of Nos. 40 & 42 Boston Manor Road to a point 20 metres south-east of the south-eastern building line of Block H Paragon Site, Boston Manor Road

(vii) Clark Way, Hounslow, the west side, outside Nos. 15 & 16 Clark Way;

(xiii) Fir Road, Feltham, the south-east side, from the north-eastern building line of Nos. 12 & 16 Fir Road to a point 2 metres north-east of the south-western building line of Nos. 18 & 22 Fir Road;

(xiv) Fleming Way, Isleworth, the west side, opposite Unit 2, Fleming Way;

(xix) Great South-West Road, Hounslow, the north-west side, the service road fronting Nos. 67-137 Great South-West Road, from a point 3 metres south-west of the south-western flank wall of No. 79 Great South West Road to the northern flank wall of No. 73 Great South-West Road;

(xxviii) High Street, Cranford, south-east side, from the south-western building line of Nos. 2-18 Cole Gardens to the north-eastern building line of Nos. 17 & 19 High Street;

(xxix) Lampton Road, Hounslow, the west side, from a point 18.5 metres north-east of the southern building line of No. 80a Lampton Road to the junction with Clovelly Road;

(xxx) Lampton Road, Hounslow, the east side, from a point 4 metres south of the party wall of Nos. 93 & 95 Lampton Road to the junction with Alexandra Road;

(xxxi) Lampton Road, Hounslow, the east side, from a point 8 metres south of the northern flank wall of Nos. 52-98 Alexandra Road to the junction with Concorde Close;

(xxxii) North Hyde Lane (access road adjacent to No. 190), Southall, north side, from the junction with North Hyde Lane westwards for a distance of 6 metres;

(xxxiii) North Hyde Lane (access road adjacent to No. 190), Southall, south side, from the junction with North Hyde Lane westwards for a distance of 5.2 metres;

(xxxiv) Park Road, Feltham, the north-east side, outside No. 28 Park Road;

(xxxv) Raleigh Way, Feltham, the west side, from a point 7.5 metres south of the common boundary of Keycroft & Sherborne, Raleigh Way to the junction with Snakey Lane;

(xxxvi) Raleigh Way, Feltham, the east side, from a point 13 metres north of the southern boundary of No. 29 Sunbury Way to the junction with Snakey Lane;

(xxxvii) Smallberry Avenue, Isleworth, both sides, the turning head at the western end of Smallberry Avenue;

(xxxviii) St Stephen’s Road, Hounslow, the north and west side, outside Nos. 133 & 135 St Stephen’s Road;

(xxxix) Swan Road, Feltham, the north-west side, from a point 3.5 metres south-west of the north-eastern boundary of No. 2 Swan Road to a point opposite No. 1 Swan Road;

(xl) The Avenue, Cranford, east side, from the junction with High Street, Cranford to the junction with Lynchen Close;

(xli) The Avenue, Cranford, west side, from the junction with High Street, Cranford to a point 4.5 metres south of the northern boundary of No. 1 Avenue Gardens;

(xlii) The Avenue, Cranford, west side, from a point 4 metres south of the party wall of Nos. 14 & 16 The Avenue to the party wall of Nos. 8 & 10 The Avenue;

(xliii) The Avenue, Cranford, west side, from the common boundary of Nos. 2 & 4 The Avenue to the southern kerb-line of Lynchen Close;

(xliv) Windsor Road, Hounslow, the north side, from a point 4 metres west of the western building line of No. 23 Windsor Road westwards for a distance of 6 metres;

(xlv) Woodfield Road, Hounslow, the west side, from the party wall of Nos. 2 & 2a Woodfield Road to the southern extremity of Woodfield Road;

(xlvi) Woodfield Road, Hounslow, the east side, from a point 12 metres north of the southern building line of Nos. 1-8 Ryder House, No. 1 Woodfield Road to the southern extremity of Woodfield Road, including the turning head;

(xlvii) Wyatt Close, Feltham, both sides, from the party wall of Nos. 8 & 9 Wyatt Close to the north-eastern flank wall of Nos. 21-26 Wyatt Close including the northernmost and south-easternmost turning heads;

(b) Introduce ‘No waiting Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm and Sat 9.30am-12.30pm’ restrictions in the following lengths of roads:

(i) Manor Road, Hounslow, north-west side, from a point 10 metres south-west of the junction of Francis Road south westwards for a distance of 11 metres;

(ii) Manor Road, Hounslow, north-west side, from a point 2 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 3 & 3a Manor Avenue to a point 4.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 3a & 5 Manor Avenue;

(iii) Manor Road, Hounslow, north-west side, from a point 2 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 5 & 7 Manor Avenue so to the party wall of Nos. 13 & 15 Manor Avenue;

(iv) Manor Road, Hounslow, north-west side, from a point 2.5 metres north-east of the party wall of Nos. 15 & 17 Manor Avenue to a point 6.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 15 & 17 Manor Avenue;

(v) Manor Road, Hounslow, north-west side, from a point 16 metres north-east of the junction with Rosemary Avenue to a point 4 metres north-east of the party wall of Nos. 19 & 21 Manor Avenue;

(vi) Manor Road, Hounslow, south-east side, from a point 14 metres south-west of the junction with Francis Road to a point 2 metres north-east of the party wall of Nos. 6 & 8 Manor Avenue;

(vii) Manor Road, Hounslow, south-east side, from a point 2.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 6 & 8 Manor Avenue to a point 3 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 8 & 10 Manor Avenue;

(viii) Manor Road, Hounslow, south-east side, from a point 3.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 10 & 12 Manor Avenue to a point 7.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 16 & 18 Manor Avenue; &

(ix) Manor, Road, Hounslow, south-east side, from a point 3 metres north-east of the party wall of Nos. 20 & 22 Manor Avenue to a point 4.5 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos. 20 & 22 Manor Avenue.

(c) Introduce ‘No waiting 8am-6:30pm’ restriction in Swan Road, Feltham, south-east side, outside Nos. 133 & 135 Swan Road;

(d) Introduce ‘No waiting 7am-7pm’ restriction in The Avenue, Cranford, west side, from a point 4.5 metres south of the northern boundary of No. 1 Avenue Gardens to a point 1.5 metres north of the party wall of Nos. 18 & 20 The Avenue;

(e) Introduce ‘No stopping at any time’ restrictions (double red lines) in the following lengths of road;

(i) Church Road, Cranford, the north-east side, from the junction with Southall Lane to a point 47 metres north-west of the south-eastern boundary of Little Park Farm, Church Road; &

(ii) Church Road, Cranford, the south-west side, from the junction with Southall Lane north-westwards for so much as is public highway.

(f) Revoke the existing ‘Resident & Business Permit Holders 7am-11pm on event days’ parking bay in Fleming Way, east side, outside Units 4 & 5 Fleming Way;

(g) Reduce the length of existing ‘Resident & Business Permit Holders 7am-11pm on event days’ parking bays in Fleming Way, west side, opposite Unit 2 Fleming Way; west side, opposite Unit 3 Fleming Way and east side outside Unit 2 Fleming Way, these would be replaced by no waiting at any time restrictions;

(h) Extend the length of the existing ‘Resident & Business Permit holders & Pay by phone Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm - Max stay 4 hours’ parking bay on Lower Square, Isleworth, the west side, outside Nos. 1-8 Lawrence Parade, Lower Square, by removing the adjacent Loading Bay;

(i) Update the description of the ‘Resident Permit Holders Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Except Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday’ parking bay in Boston Manor Road, Brentford, the south-west side, outside Nos. 168 and 170, to match the restriction that is currently on-street;

(j) Amend the lengths of existing ‘Resident Permit Holders Mon-Fri 10am-12pm except Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday’ parking bays in:

(i) Fauconberg Road, Chiswick, the south-west side, opposite Nos. 40-44, these parking bays match the existing marked parking bays;

(ii) Fauconberg Road, Chiswick, London, the south-west side, opposite Sutton Court Flat Nos. 1-4, these parking bays are replaced by no waiting at any time waiting restrictions; &

(iii) Fauconberg Road, Chiswick, London, the south-west side, opposite Sutton Court Flat Nos. 5-20, these parking bays are extended to reflect the removal of (ii) above.

(k) Reduce the length of existing ‘Permit Holders and Pay & Display - Max stay 1 hour Mon-Fri 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm and Sat-Sun 2pm-4pm Except Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday’ parking bay in Strand-on-the-Green, Chiswick opposite No. 85;

(l) Reduce the length of the existing ‘Pay and Display - Max stay 2 hours Mon-Sat 7am-7pm Except Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday’ parking bay in Chiswick High Road, Chiswick (service road) outside No. 185;

(m) Extend the existing Hounslow West CPZ operating Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am to 12.30pm to include Manor Avenue, Hounslow and to introduce the following restrictions:

(i) ‘Resident Permit Holders Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm and Sat 9.30am-12.30pm Except Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday’ parking bays in:

1) Manor Avenue, Hounslow, north-west side, outside Nos. 3 & 3a;

2) Manor Avenue, Hounslow north-west side, outside Nos. 5 & 7;

3) Manor Avenue, Hounslow north-west side, outside No. 15;

4) Manor Avenue, Hounslow north-west side, outside, Nos. 17 & 19;

5) Manor Avenue, Hounslow south-east side, outside No. 8;

6) Manor Avenue, Hounslow south-east side, outside Nos. 10 & 12;

7) Manor Avenue, Hounslow south-east side, outside Nos. 18 & 20; &

8) Manor Avenue, Hounslow south-east side, outside No. 22.

Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Acting Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P006/25, to be received no later than 27 June 2025.
