THE DOW SERVICES UK PENSION PLAN (THE "PLAN

in relation to

the Segregated DCL Section of the Plan

(formed following the merger of the Plan and the Dow Corning Limited Pension Plan)

Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries

under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other power that the Trustee is winding-up the Segregated DCL Section of the Plan (the "DCL Section").

The DCL Section currently provides benefits in respect of individuals who were formerly members of the Dow Corning Ltd Pension Plan. The DCL Section was created with effect from 24 January 2018 in connection with the merger of the Plan and the Dow Corning Ltd Pension Plan.

Any employee or former employee of Dow Silicones UK Limited (formerly called Dow Corning Limited), whose business is currently conducted at the Barry Plant, Cardiff Road, Barry, Glamorgan, CF63 2YL, is requested to write to Aon Secretarial Team, by email at: DG-RET-UK-DSUKPPSec@aon.com, or by post at: DCL Section of the Dow Services UK Pension Plan, Aon Scanning Division, PO Box 196, Huddersfield, HD8 1EG by 13 August 2025 to make a claim. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number, and details of when they worked for the employer named above.

If any other person believes they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or an interest in, the DCL Section, they are requested to write to the same address setting out full particulars of their claim by 13 August 2025.

Please clearly state the name of the Plan and quote 'DCL Section Winding-up` in all correspondence.

All claims must be received by 13 August 2025. After this date, the Trustee will proceed to complete the wind-up the DCL Section and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice.

Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response does not need to re-apply to the Trustee.
