Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 03/02/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/05/2025, I, Jake Thomas Koukwell, 17 Station Road Chertsey Surrey KT16 8BE, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jake Thomas Wellesley-Davies and assumed the name of Jake Thomas Koukwell.
