The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.6) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of a western part width of High Street at Sturminster Marshall, in the County of Dorset. This is to enable development as permitted by Dorset Council, under reference P/FUL/2023/06020.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5951). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Dorset Council Offices, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 12 May 2025.
