LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING

THE EALING (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO.1, 2016) (AMENDMENT NO. 023) ORDER 2025;

THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 929) ORDER 2025.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, on 21 April 2025 made the above-titled Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the made off-street Order will be to include in the Ealing off street carpark order the car park adjacent to Hawthorne Court accessed from Grange Road The parking places in the car park will be subject to the conditions applied by that Order to off street carparks in Ealing and will be restricted to vehicles displaying a disabled persons blue badge.

3. The general effect of the made waiting and loading Order will be to vary existing waiting restrictions in Grange Road at the entrance to the Hawthorne Court car park so that they will apply at any time.

4. The Orders, which will come into operation on 28 April 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
