Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that PORT AUX CHOIX PRIVATE INVESTMENTS INC transferred 26.45% of its interest in BC European Capital X-4 LP registered in England and Wales with number LP016730 (the “Partnership”), to Quartz One Whirlpool Deal LP.. As a result of such transfer, Quartz One Whirlpool Deal LP. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and PORT AUX CHOIX PRIVATE INVESTMENTS INC continued to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
