Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907:

KL Investments LTD. has transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of £1, to Lombard International Assurance S.A. – S80964.

KL Investments LTD. has subsequently ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership, and Lombard International Assurance S.A. – S80964 has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
