Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 July 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 February 2025, I, Mark Collins, 22 Stocks Approach, Leeds LS14 6LB, Single and a British Citizen, under section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kola Michael and assumed the name of Mark Collins.
