WHEREAS POUND EXPRESS (SALTCOATS) LTD., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC388260 was dissolved on 4 September 2024; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said POUND EXPRESS (SALTCOATS) LTD. was the Tenant under a Lease between A&I Investments Limited and the said POUND EXPRESS (SALTCOATS) LTD., dated 27 March and 5 April, both 2023, of ALL and WHOLE the premises known as 92 Main Street, Prestwick, KA9 1PA; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said POUND EXPRESS (SALTCOATS) LTD. came to my notice on 9 September 2024: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
