LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. * ) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended –
2. The general effect of the Order would be to:-
(a) extend waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in:-
(i) Dalmeny Road, Worcester Park adjacent to No. 138 Oaks Avenue
(ii) Kingsmead Avenue outside Nos. 86 to 88
(b) introduce waiting restrictions operating ‘Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm’ (single yellow lines) in Dalmeny Road, Worcester Park in the following location
(i) outside No. 1 and adjacent to No. 167 Cheam Common Road,
(ii) outside Nos. 11, 17 to 27, adjacent to Nos. 95 and 96 Braemar Road,
(iii) adjacent to No. 81 Kingsmead Avenue,
(iv) outside No. 4 to 8 and adjacent to No.88 Kingsmead Avenue
(c) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2pm to 4pm (single yellow lines) in:-
(i) Kingsmead Avenue 92 to 96a 100 to 102, 114 to 118
(ii) Knolls Close adjacent to No. 99 Kingsmead Avenue
3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
