Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 July 2024, Sir Winfried Franz Wilhelm Bischoff (the “Transferor”) transferred to Christopher Bischoff and Charles Bischoff in equal proportions (each a “Transferee”) all of the interest held by him in Abingworth Bioventures VI LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP15017 and that with effect from and including 1 July 2024, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner and each Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
