Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors and customers of the company is to be held at 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU, on 22 May 2024 at 12.00 noon for the purposes of considering and if thought fit approving the following proposed decisions: For the approval of the Joint Special Administrators’ proposals; and That a Creditors’ Committee is not established. If a Creditors’ Committee is not formed, the following resolutions will be voted on by the customers and creditors: For the Joint Special Administrators' remuneration to be drawn on the basis of time properly given by them and the various grades of their staff in accordance with the chargeout rates prevailing at the time the work is undertaken, unless and until a Creditors' Committee determines that the basis should be changed; That mileage can be recharged at the HMRC approved mileage rate prevailing at the time the mileage was incurred; and For the joint Special Administrators' unpaid pre-appointment fees and expenses to be paid as an expense of the Special Administration.

A creditor or customer is only entitled to vote if details in writing of the debt or relevant funds claim (as applicable) haven been given to the Joint Special Administrators not later than midday on 21 May 2024 being the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, and such debt or relevant funds claim (as applicable) has been duly admitted under Rules 52 or 56 of the Rules, and any proxy which is intended to be used is lodged with the Joint Special Administrators prior to this advertised meeting.
