A meeting of the shareholders of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 4 April 2024, when resolutions for the winding-up of the Company and the appointment of a Liquidator to act in a Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notices of the passing of the resolution and the appointment of the Liquidator were published in the London Gazette on 10 April 2024.

Subsequently, it became apparent that during this process the Company was struck off the register by the Registrar of Companies and is now dissolved. Consequently, the winding-up resolution and appointment have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in liquidation, and the notices referred to above are hereby retracted in their entirety.
