Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 27 February 2016, IQ Capital Partners GP2 LLP transferred part of its interest (£5.00) in the Fund to Paul Alexander Taylor.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 11 January 2018, Theron de Ris transferred all of his interest (£5.00) in the Fund to IQ Capital Partners GP2 LLP.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 19 October 2020, Chatleigh Limited transferred all of its interest (£50.00) in the Fund to The Hebron & Medlock Unapproved Retirements Benefits Scheme.
