Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 April 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Adam James Fryer who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Adam James Greaves and assumed the name of Adam James Fryer.
