Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Blue Coast Managers Limited (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of its interest in TDR Capital II Associates L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP011362 (the “Partnership”) to Blue Coast (GP) Limited for the account of Blue Coast Private Equity L.P. (the “Transferee”). As a consequence of such transfers, the Transferee was admitted as limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
