Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 31 March 2024, Aberdeen Diamond Nominee II Limited (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund III "A" L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012276, to Strategic Partners IX Investments – B L.P. which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
