Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 31 March 2024, Nortrust Nominees Ltd. As nominee for Schroder Private Equity Fund of Funds IV Plc. (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund IV "D" L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP014712, to Strategic Partners IX Investments – B L.P. which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
