Notice is hereby given that Robinson Concrete Ltd have applied to the Chief Inspector for a variation to an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Permit P0617/24B to operate a mobile crushing and screening plant for aggregate and inert construction and demolition waste. The plant is mobile therefore will be located at various sites throughout Northern Ireland. In accordance with Regulations, the application contains all particulars as required, including a description of foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge, to view / download, on the DAERA Website at https://appsd.daera-ni.gov.uk/ipri/. You can use the permit reference above to search the public register.

Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution & Radiochemical Inspectorate, Northern Ireland Environment Agency, (address as above), within 42 days from the date of this Publication. They can also be e-mailed to: IPRI@daera-ni.gov.uk

All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been such a request.
