TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 28 March 2024, Malt Enterprises SSAS (the "Transferor") transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to TMF international Pensions Limited ato Melita International Retirement Scheme Trust obo Michael Dawson (the "Transferee").

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 28 March 2024, the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
