Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 March 2024, I, AVA SYTA, 8 SANDERSTEAD AVENUE, NW2 1SG, LONDON Single and a British Citizen under section 6(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of EWA SYTA and assumed the name of AVA SYTA.
