At an adjourned general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD at 9.45 am on 15 January 2024 the following resolutions were passed by the members as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong and Andrew R Bailey of Turpin Barker Armstrong be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they act either jointly or separately."

Terence Guy Jackson and Glen Carter of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, One London Square, Cross Lanes, Guildford, GU1 1UN, were subsequently appointed as Joint Liquidators by the creditors of the company at a creditors meeting held on 15 January 2024.
