Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 December 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22 August 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ko Pluto Record who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Harriet Clare Record and assumed the name of Ko Pluto Record.
