Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that CPP Investment Board USRE III INC. transferred 33.18% of its interest in BC European Capital X-2 LP registered in England and Wales with number LP016728 (the “Partnership”), to ASF Crabapple, L.P.. As a result of such transfer, ASF Crabapple, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and CPP Investment Board USRE III INC. continued to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
