Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that in accordance with its limited partnership agreement and with effect from 16 September 2023, the Partnership has been dissolved and wound up, and that the general partner Eastbrook Studios Wharf GP Limited ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership.
