THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.26) ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 1st September 2023 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the orders:

i) To introduce single yellow line operating at zone hours on the south side of Devonshire Hill Lane N17 outside No.73, a length of 5.4 metres.

ii) To remove 5.4 metres if permit holders parking bay on the south side of Devonshire Hill Lane N17 outside No.73, to facilitate the installation of the vehicle crossover and introduction of single yellow line as detailed above.

iii) To introduce single yellow line operating at zone hours on the south side of Park View Road N17 opposite No.75, a length of 7.2 metres.

iv) To remove 7.2 metres of pay to park parking bay on the south side of Park View Road N17 opposite No.75, to facilitate the installation of the vehicle crossover and introduction of single yellow line as detailed above.

v) To introduce single yellow line operating at zone hours on the south side of Park View Road N17 opposite No.88/89, a length of 7.2 metres.

vi) To remove 7.2 metres of permit holder parking bay on the south side of Park View Road N17 opposite No.88/89, to facilitate the installation of the vehicle crossover and introduction of single yellow line as detailed above.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 16th September 2023.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
