Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Charlotte Investor VII L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital VII-4, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006838 (the “Partnership”), to SP Juno Acquisitions L.P. and, as a result of such transfer, SP Juno Acquisitions L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
