The Department of Justice has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Damages (Return on Investment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022" (2022 No. 30 (C. 2)). The appointed day is 10 February 2022.

The Rule brings into operation sections 1 and 2 of, and the Schedule to, the Damages (Return on Investment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 (c. 1).
