The below notice is issued for and on behalf of TIME WARNER MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLAN TRUSTEE LIMITED (the "Trustee") in its capacity as trustee of the TIME WARNER MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLAN (the "Plan").  

Notice is hereby given by the Trustee pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Plan (a "Claim") who has not already received or transferred their benefits out of the Plan is required to send particulars of their Claim in respect of the assets thereof in writing to Natalie Bosch, Time Warner London Limited, 160 Old Street, London, England, EC1V 9BW within 2 months from the date of this notice, being 22nd October 2021. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, name of the relevant employer that participated in the Plan and details of when they worked for this employer.  

After the expiry of two months from the date of this Notice, the Trustee intends to wind up the Plan and terminate and dissolve its trusts and distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to legitimate Claims for which they then have notice, and will not be liable to any person for a Claim for which they do not by then have notice.  

Data Protection: Please note on submitting a details of a Claim, you acknowledge that the Trustee (and third parties such as the Trustee's advisers and administrators) may process the personal data you provide and any other data they hold in respect of you due to their legitimate interest in administering the Plan, including assessing the extent of your entitlement to benefits and ensuring, if applicable, they are paid correctly. In sending particulars of a Claim, you are consenting to this processing.
