NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
ARNOLD LAVER PENSION SCHEME
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the Arnold Laver Pension Scheme are required to send particulars in writing (including their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and any other written evidence to support their claim) to the Trustees of the Arnold Laver Pension Scheme, c/o Richard Gardiner, Arnold Laver & Company Limited, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S2 4RJ, within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice.
Notice is also given that after the expiry of the two months’ period referred to above, the Trustees will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme, having regard only to those people of whose claims and entitlements they have had notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted by or on behalf of the Trustees of the Scheme need not respond to this notice as details of their claims and entitlements are already held on record.
