The Trustee of the Fund, TCG Northern Trustees Limited, confirms that the Fund is being wound up. Members of the Fund have been sent details of the transfer of their pension benefits to the Co-op Section of the Co-operative Pension Scheme (Pace).

Anyone who believes that they have any interest, claim or entitlement to benefits in the Fund, and who has not received details of the transfer to Pace, should write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to:

Any such claim must be received by 30th November 2021. After this date, the Trustee will wind up the Fund and will not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Fund but of which the Trustee has not had notice. If you are already receiving your Fund pension, or have received details of the transfer to Pace, you do not need to respond to this notice.
