1. NOTICE is hereby given that on 23rd July 2021, the London Borough of Hackney made permanent an experimental Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers.

2. The effect of the Permanent Traffic Order, which comes into operation on 2nd August 2021, will;

a) Olinda Road - Make permanent a point of no-entry (outside and opposite number 3), banning eastbound traffic, except pedal cycles, from crossing the point closure.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 2nd August 2021, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetworks@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
