Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 1 April 2021, Capital Dynamics European Private Equity 2001 and Capital Dynamics European Private Equity 2003 (the "Departing Limited Partners") transferred to CD Westport European Private Equity Programme IV Holdings LP and CD Westport European Private Equity Programme V Holdings LP respectively (the "New Limited Partners") all of their respective interests held in Amadeus III (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010984 and that with effect from 1 April 2021, the Departing Limited Partners each ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partners each became a limited partner in the Partnership.
