Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 17 December 2020 THOMAS FAMILY FUND transferred to MARK GRANT SIPP the interest held by it in the MW PRIVATE EQUITY (HARBINGER SELF STORAGE) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP019168) and with effect from that date MARK GRANT SIPP became a limited partner in the Partnership.
