Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Graeme Gunn has transferred his entire interest in SLCI I Executive Co Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL030049 (the “Partnership”) to Dominic Helmsley. As a result of this transfer, Graeme Gunn has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
