Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/07/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03/08/2020, I, Adrian Achampong of 66 Askwith Road, Rainham RM13 8ER, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Alan Akyeampong and assumed the name of Adrian Achampong.
