Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 05/01/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17/06/2020, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of SYDNEY RUTH LARGE, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of SHANNON JADE LARGE and assumed the name of SYDNEY RUTH LARGE.
