Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 June 2020 as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a creditors voluntary liquidation and that Simon Thomas Barriball (IP No. 11950) and Sandra McAlister (IP No. 9375) both of HBG Advisory Ltd, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."

The appointment of Simon Thomas Barriball and Sandra McAlister was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 15 June 2020.
