Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that the following transfers of limited partnership interests in TDR Capital IV Associates L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP017635 (the “Partnership”), have occurred:

i. Heider Ridha has transferred a portion of his interest in the Partnership to TDR Nominees 2016 Limited

ii. Mark Budd has transferred a portion of his interest in the Partnership to TDR Nominees 2016 Limited;

iii. Jakob Antoniak has transferred the entirety of his interest in the Partnership to TDR Nominees 2016 Limited;

iv. TDR Nominees 2016 Limited has transferred a portion of its interest in the Partnership to Rachael Holtzberg; and

v. TDR Nominees 2016 Limited has transferred a portion of its interest in the Partnership to Jin Chen, (together the “Transfers”).

As a result of the Transfers, Jakob Antoniak has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the following persons have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership:

a) Rachael Holtzberg; and

b) Jin Chen.
