Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 1 January 2019, Hasso Plattner, (the "Transferor") assigned the whole of its interests in Lion Capital Fund III, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014038 (the "Partnership"), including its capital contribution of EUR 50, to Hasso Plattner Investment KG (the "Transferee"), and that, with effect from 1 January 2019, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
