NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to the High Court of Justice on 25 September 2018 by the Company seeking an order to confirm a reduction of capital by a reduction of the Company's share premium account by £6,000,000.00 (six million pounds), which was approved by a special resolution of the Company passed at a general meeting of the Company held on 24 September 2018.

AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the Insolvency and Companies Court on 4th December 2018 at 10:30am.

ANY creditor or shareholder of the Company who desiring to oppose the making of an order for the confirmation of the aforementioned capital reduction should appear at the time of the hearing in person or by counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring it by the solicitors to the Company:
