WHEREAS SEASONAL GIFTS LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC506408 was dissolved on 11 July 2017; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Seasonal Gifts Ltd was the Tenant under a Lease entered into by Eurocity Properties (Central) Limited and Special Days (SC) Ltd dated 12 and 13 June 2013 by virtue of an assignation by Special Days (SC) Ltd with consent of Eurocity Properties (Central) Limited in favour of the said Seasonal Gifts Ltd (therein named Seasonal Gifts Limited) dated 8 January, 8 and 23 June 2015 of ALL and WHOLE the subjects known as 74 Main Street, Coatbridge ML5 3BQ; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Seasonal Gifts Ltd came to my notice on 6 October 2017: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
