Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that each of (i) bcIMC Private Placement (2000) Investment Corporation and (ii) bcIMC (WCBAF) Private Placement Investment Corporation transferred 100% of their respective interests in BC European Capital VII-3, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006837 (the “Partnership”), to Lexington Private Equity 23, L.P. As a result, Lexington Private Equity 23, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and each of (i) bcIMC Private Placement (2000) Investment Corporation and (ii) bcIMC (WCBAF) Private Placement Investment Corporation ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
