Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that (i) Anastasios Georgiadis has transferred part of his interest in HPE Environmental Innovation Founder Partner LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL007641 (the “Partnership”), and (ii) HPE Environmental Innovation GP Limited has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership, to Christopher Hardman. Accordingly, HPE Environmental Innovation GP Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Christopher Hardman has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
